I Bought My First Condo

I'm so glad I got to buy my very first condo. A first of many. This is for investment purposes. Perfect location close to my alma mater DLSU.

I bought a studio unit just above the facilities area. Again, a perfect location for convenience.

This is a pre-sell so obviously we got to save a lot of money. Its a good deal. In addition to that, I did not cash out any money. So I guess I experienced what Robert Kiyosaki said and the rest of those real estate gurus that you can really buy a property with little or no down payment.
